INGREDIENTS
80 grams butter, melted
2 eggs
100 ml spelt milk
2 tbsp cashew butter
150 grams ground almond meal
½ cup spelt oats
½ cup spelt flour
2 tsp baking powder
80 grams coconut sugar
Pinch salt
Apple (large), peeled and cut finely
4 tbsp raisins
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 200 C. Mix the melted butter with the eggs, milk and cashew butter.
In a second bowl, mix almond flour, spelt oats, spelt flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
Mix the butter mix in with the flour mix, and add the apple and raisins.
Place 12 paper muffin cups in a muffin tray (or grease them very well) and divide the dough over them
Bake for 25 minutes.
